USDA's Mexico Office (Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Howard Counties) just announced their Fiscal Year 2009 numbers and Flat Branch Home Loans ranked 1st with a total volume of $5,462,135!  This helped lead the way in what was a record year for the Mexico office.  What makes this even more remarkable is that 2009 was really just a partial year for us.  We recently switched to being a Mortgage Banker from a Broker and with this came alot of transition.  We beefed up our staff and the majority of these changes didn't take effect until summer.  So in other words 2010 should be another record for Flat Branch Home Loans and the Mexico USDA office!

Here are the numbers

  1.  Flat Branch Home Loans, Inc      $5,462,135
  2.  Allied Mortgage                          $4,941,211
