What can clients expect when doing business with you?

Honesty, Integrity, someone who has knowledge of the market, and works hard for you.

What do you like most about being with people?

Love it! Looking at each individuals needs as if they were my own. Helping all my clients be aware of the market.

In your opinion what is the state of the housing Market in Columbia?

Not bad, but still pretty tough. The market values on homes are still down, where many seller's who have bought in the past 3 to 4 years can hope to break even. Our new construction market is not saturated, as was when the recession hit, and seem to be doing well.

What is one thing that people might not know about me?

I am a black belt in Tae-kwon-do, but the only black belt I wear now is the kind I buckle around my waist.
