It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage both because it is so powerful and so rare.” I love this quote because when you think of having top-notch technology, finances and strategy, you would think there is nothing more important! But what is all of that material to a company if there is no teamwork? Sounds like you might love your work, but hate your job.
