Alan Kindall founded his own finance company that grew nationwide to working with some of the largest banks/mortgage banks in the industry. He has experienced all aspects of the business and applies that history to help his clients achieve the mortgage that will best fit their needs. Alan has more than 30 years of home buying experience. He has a Real Estate Brokers License (at the state) and has used that knowledge to help buyers learn about the home buying and lending process. For four years, he managed the financial training process for the largest real estate company in the Midwest. All the while, Alan still loves helping people, agents and business officials understand the loan process and how to get through it in the easiest and quickest way. Before joining Flat Branch Home Loans in April of 2017, Alan took the role of broker/sales in local real estate and ran the national sales efforts for Brunner Fabrication, a manufacturing company involved in metal fabrication semi-truck customization. He retains a small ownership interest in the company and enjoys seeing the various projects that their plant performs for companies nationwide. Alan is proud to have been a Mason and Shriner since 1979, with 22 hospitals in the US operating on donations only. Alan is Business Development at Flat Branch Home Loans. He is working with both the individual borrowers and business associates, like contractors, to help them gain more clients by offering mortgages as a potential financing source. At Flat Branch Home Loans, Alan is working with a team of two very experienced mortgage bankers, Susan Theroff and Debbie Kindall. Between the three of them, they have over 70 years of industry experience. Working one on one with a local, experienced loan officer backed by knowledgeable staff handling your loan from start to finish is so important. In-house processing and underwriting allows Alan to better serve clients and help to make the process as smooth as possible. Alan looks forward to giving each and every one of his clients the best experience in the purchase of their new home!
