Taylor started out in the mortgage industry right after college and has spent over 10 years helping consumers reach homebuying and refinancing success. Having started his career working the back end of the process, Taylor feels that his wide-ranging experience has helped him develop into a top-level, highly efficient loan originator. Taylor takes pride in working with all of his clients, but finds great enjoyment in helping first-time homebuyers discover their dream of home ownership. Taylor has vast experience with most loan products including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Dr. Loans, and Bond programs. He makes a point to adequately explain and guide his clients every step of the way making sure they reach the closing table on time! Working one on one with a local, experienced loan officer is so important. To also have that loan officer backed by knowledgeable staff who handle your loan from start to finish is what makes Taylor the key to your home buying success. In-house processing and underwriting allows Taylor to better serve clients and help to make the process as smooth as possible. Taylor looks forward to giving each and every one of his clients the best experience in the purchase or refinance of their new home! Currently, Taylor serves on the State board of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Missouri. In addition, he served as president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Kansas City in 2014. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys CrossFit, golf, and traveling with his wife and dog (Cash).
