Flat Branch Home LoansMeet Travis Fleming
Travis’s work ethic and values are rooted in the soil of Missouri. Growing up in a rural setting, he learned from a young age, pulling wagons and driving tractors, that everything has consequences, and if people are depending on you, you have an honor to uphold. This environment of deadlines, relationships and duty are what drives him when serving home loans to his new neighbors. Whether he’s working with homebound active duty service members or first-time homebuyers (and even when he’s coaching a local high school’s basketball team), there’s an ingrained quality of service and ethics he champions. He dug his full-time footing in mortgage about four years ago but arrived with years of financial experience from different local banks. He made this move specifically for the opportunity to work with a variety of people and service members. Travis might not get the chance to travel often, but he gets to see the world through the eyes and stories of families he serves from diverse parts of the country and other continents. His clients are not always relocating because they decided to do so; they have orders and time frames to obey. And since Travis is aware of the duties our veterans and service members live by along with the full process of VA mortgages, he and his team are equipped to relieve any additional stress that can come with moving. He puts care and attention into all of his families, but providing a quick, easy service for those who sacrifice and give him the freedom to do his job, is what encourages him when it comes to financing their next chapter. He makes mortgage as simple as it can be. Working one-on-one with a local, experienced loan officer backed by knowledgeable staff handling your loan from start to finish is so important. In-house processing and underwriting allow Travis to better serve clients and help make the process as smooth as possible. Travis looks forward to giving each and every one of his clients the best experience in the purchase of their new home!
